  1. In this offer when you become a new 12% Manager in Oriflame, apart from your monthly cheque you get a additional Rs 3000 in the following month when you maintain or grow your level.
  2. Then when you become a new 15% Manager in Oriflame at that time, apart from your monthly cheque you get a additional Rs 7000 in the following month when you maintain or grow your level.
  3. After this when you become a new 18% Manager in Oriflame at that time, apart from your monthly cheque you get a additional Rs 10,000 in the following month when you maintain or grow your level.
  4. And when you become a new 21% Senior Manager in Oriflame at that time, apart from your monthly cheque you get a additional Rs 20,000 after the following month when you maintain or grow your level for next 2 months.
  5. And when you maintain or grow at 21% as a Senior Manager in Oriflame for 6 months, you become a Director and at that time, apart from your monthly cheque you get a additional Bonus of Rs 50,000 in the following month when you maintain or grow your level for next 2 months.

  • Participation in this offer is voluntary and does not constitute a guarantee or a promise by or on behalf of Oriflame. By choosing to participate in this offer, the participant hereby confirms that he/she has studied these detailed terms and conditions and agrees to be bound by the same
  • The qualification period for the offer is valid from 1st August 2016 to 31st March 2017
  • The offer is valid for all consultants (qualification criteria):
  • Who become new Managers at 12/15/18% and maintain the level for the following month
  • Who become new Senior Managers at 21% and maintain the same for 2 following months subject to validation period of one month post expiry of 2 months & who further maintain it for 2 more months
  • Who are existing Senior Managers (as on July closing), and who develop new Senior Manager in their personal group and ensure that they maintain the same for 2 following months
  • The highest level achieved till 31 July 2016 shall be considered as the base for new Manager qualification
  • Subject to meeting the qualification criteria, the qualifiers will earn their respective cash incentives along with the PD. All taxes as applicable, including TDS will be deducted
  • The decision of Oriflame as to qualification to the offer shall be final and binding
  • By participating in this offer, the participant releases Oriflame and its respective parents, subsidiaries and other affiliates companies, directors, shareholders, officers, employees, vendor of any loss or damage of any kind arising from qualifier’s participation in this offer
  • This offer shall be withdrawn immediately from the qualifier in case of any violation of terms and conditions of COE, and such other communication as may be made by the company from time to time
  • This offer does not amount to solicitation of money
  • If a new manager fails to maintain the said new level in the following month, then he/ she shall stand disqualified from achieving that level ‘s cash incentive but he/she can grow to the next level and re-enter the program
  • Consultants who do not meet the qualification criteria shall not be eligible for the cash incentive irrespective of their increase in level due to their downlines performance i.e. the new manager has to be one level above his/her downline manager
  • Last month to become new Senior Manager and participate in the program is 31 March 2017
  • Director cash award shall be released two months post achieving the Director title as per the cash award rules provided in the Success Plan
  • For existing Senior Manager and above as on July, 2016 closing, the payment of Rs. 10,000 shall be awarded to them post qualifying his/her New SM for Rs. 20,000 Cash Incentive. The Cash Incentive of `10,000 will be paid only once in one line
  • The Upline SM & above will need to maintain either 4000 PGBP and above with one breakaway or 2 Breakaways and above to avoid default
  • The Cash Incentive shall be paid one month post completion of the qualification
  • The amount payable under this Offer (“Become a Lakhpati”) is inclusive of the cash award payable as per the Success Plan. Illustration given in this respect on page 3 is for your reference only
  • In case of any dispute arising out of this offer, the Courts at New Delhi alone shall have jurisdiction
  • Every person who desires to avail of this Offer may do so pursuant to independent inquiry, investigation and analysis and shall not have any claim against Oriflame, its employees or other associate companies whatsoever by reason of any loss which may be suffered by such person consequent to or in connection with this Offer whether by reason of anything stated or omitted to be stated herein or any other reason whatsoever
